Domain Transfer

When you register with us, you will need to transfer your domain name to our servers so we can begin hosting you. This applies for existing domain names only.

If you buy your domain name and hosting package with us we will set everything up for you and there will be nothing to change.

When you buy a domain name, or transfer an existing one you will be asked to enter the nameservers of your new host. You may need to contact your registrar to change nameservers, if you can’t do this with them online.

Our nameservers are:
ns1.mcoms.net
ns2.mcoms.net

Your registrar should accept these and your domain will be hosted with us in between 12 and 72 hours. If transfer fails, please contact support.

You need to already have an account with us before you transfer the domain, so that we can set our servers up ready to host it.
