Are there any set up fees or tax?

No! The monthly price which we list is the monthly price which you pay, inclusive of all VAT and setup costs.

What payment methods do you accept, how often do I pay?

Payment is conducted through PayPal, and you may use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Switch or Solo card during the order process. Payment is taken by the system every month automatically, you may cancel payment and your account up to 1 day before the next month's payment is sent.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with our service, we honour a 30 day money back guarantee.

If I signup to a hosting plan, can I change to another later?

Yes! If you want to upgrade or downgrade your account to another hosting plan, you may contact Accounts, who will make the change on the date of your next monthly payment.

How long will my account take to set up?

We aim to set accounts up in under 24 hours. We are in the process of implementing an automatic order system which will create accounts when payment is received. You should be aware that when you host a domain name with us, or any other host, it will take between 12 and 72 hours to point to our servers.
